DTDC Express Appoints Ankita Tiwari as CHRO

Mumbai: DTDC Express, a courier delivery services company headquartered in Mumbai, has appointed Ankita Tiwari as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

With over 23 years of progressive experience, she is an HR leader overseeing HRBP roles as well as HR Centres of Excellence. Her vast expertise navigating multiple cultures in the fields of manufacturing, specialty chemicals, logistics, and IT/Telecom has equipped her with the ability to adeptly modify HR procedures for use in a variety of intricate and global contexts.

Ankita came to DTDC Express from Pidilite Industries, where she spent two years in the role of VP of HR. She oversaw talent management, DEI, employee eng agement, field-force HR, compensation, benefits, operations, policies, and HRBP (B2B) for the company in her prior position.
