New Delhi: Indian Foreign Service officer, R Madhusudan, has been posted as the Deputy Chief of Mission (DCM) of the Indian Embassy in Tokyo, Japan. Previously, he was posted as Minister in India’s Permanent Mission to the UN in New York.
Madhusudan has also worked as a Counsellor/Minister, and before that as Deputy Secretary & Director in the Ministry of External Affairs. The 2007 batch officer will take charge on June 10.
He has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy, and a Master’s degree in Translation and Interpretation from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey.
