New Delhi: MOIL Limited, a leading producer of manganese ore, has appointed Vinod Kumar Tripathi as its new Government Director. The Ministry of Steel initiated this appointment to strengthen MOIL’s governance and strategic framework. With his extensive background in the steel industry, Tripathi is expected to enhance MOIL’s operational capabilities and market reach. His expertise will drive the company’s growth initiatives and maintain its competitive edge in the global manganese ore market.
Tripathi’s career spans over three decades in various capacities within the steel sector. Before joining MOIL, he held several key positions that contributed to advancing industry standards and practices. His leadership is anticipated to bring innovative strategies to MOIL, focusing on sustainable growth and increased efficiency.
MOIL, headquartered in Nagpur, is a Miniratna state-owned enterprise under the Ministry of Steel. It operates eleven mines in Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh, contributing significantly to the country’s manganese ore requirements.
