Chennai: Indian Bank has signed a Memorandum of Agreement with Aparajitha Foundation, the CSR division of Aparajitha Corporate Services, to support life skills and education programs for students across India.
The partnership will promote programs like AlcheMe for elementary school children and Tim Tim Tare (TTT) for teenagers, both of which focus on social and emotional skill development. These programs are designed to help students transition from childhood to adulthood by encouraging responsible citizenship and self-worth. Last year, Indian Bank and Aparajitha Foundation implemented the TTT project in Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Haryana, benefiting many students.
Indian Bank is supporting the initiative by covering the cost of resources for 15 headcounts across 10 states over nine months. The bank aims to improve the well-being of families and communities by funding youth development, enabling students to make informed decisions and succeed in their future endeavors.
