Bhopal: In a significant bureaucratic reshuffle in the state, the Madhya Pradesh Government has announced the transfers and fresh postings of 15 Indian Administrative Service (IAS) Officers. The changes have been made across several departments, with many key officials reassigned to new roles.
Among the transferees, IAS Neeraj Mandloi (1993 batch), currently the ACS of the Energy Department, has been given the additional responsibility of Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) in the Public Works Department (PWD).Â
The list of other transfers includes:
IAS KC Gupta (1992 batch) has been transferred and posted as the ACS to the Governor’s Office. Before this posting, he served as the ACS of PWD.
IAS Mukesh Chandra Gupta (1998 batch) will be the new Secretary of the Human Rights Commission.
IAS Amit Tomar (2009 batch), previously the Additional Secretary for Personnel in the General Administration Department, has been now appointed as the Inspector General of Registration.
IAS Chote Singh, who was the Additional Commissioner (Revenue) for the Gwalior Division, has been given charge as the Director of Panchayati Raj
IAS Dinesh Kumar Maurya, formerly serving as the Deputy Secretary in the Revenue Department, will now serve as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) and Controller of the Food and Drug Administration.
IAS Arun Kumar Parmar (2012 batch), last serving as the Additional Commissioner (Revenue) for the Rewa Division, has been now appointed as Deputy Secretary to the Chief Minister.
IAS Rajni Singh (2013 batch), presently the Additional Commissioner of Commercial Tax in Indore, will now be the Officer on Special Duty (OSD) and Labour Commissioner in Indore
IAS Mayank Agrawal, currently OSD and Controller of the Food and Drug Administration, has been transferred and posted as Managing Director of the Public Health Services Corporation Limited.
IAS Tanvi Hudda, currently awaiting posting, has been assigned the role of Additional Commissioner of Commercial Tax in Indore.
IAS Neetu Mathur (2016 batch), previously the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Smart City Gwalior, has been appointed as Additional Commissioner of Revenue in the Rewa Division.
IAS Jamuna Bhide, presently Deputy Secretary in the Horticulture and Food Processing Department, has been now posted as Secretary of the Tribal Cell at Raj Bhawan.
IAS Ashish Tiwari, Deputy Secretary in the Water Resources Department, will take on the role of Deputy Secretary in the Chief Secretary’s Office.
IAS Sunil Dubey, currently the Deputy Secretary in the Culture Department, has been appointed as the CEO of the District Panchayat in Bhind.
IAS Jagdish Kumar Gome, CEO of the District Panchayat Bhind, has taken over as Deputy Secretary in the Culture Department.
IAS Manoj Kumar Sareyam, the Additional Commissioner and Registrar of Cooperative Societies has been reappointed as Additional Director in the Health Services Department.
Besides these transfers, IAS Anupam Rajan, the ACS of Higher Education, will now also handle the additional charge of the ACS for the Parliamentary Affairs Department.
This reshuffle is anticipated to introduce fresh leadership dynamics to several key departments, reflecting a renewed emphasis on governance and enhancing public service efficiency throughout the state.
