Gurugram: Kingshuk Das has assumed the role of Director – People & Culture at the Indian affiliate of Philip Morris International (PMI) IPM India. With over 16 years of experience, Kingshuk brings extensive expertise in strategic and operational human resources, focusing on driving sustainable and inclusive growth. His leadership is expected to play a pivotal role in IPM India’s transformational journey.
Kingshuk’s association with PMI began in 2012, and he has since held diverse roles across markets. In India, he managed People & Culture Commercial functions, followed by a Talent Management role in Hong Kong. He later moved to Australia to oversee People & Culture Commercial operations. Most recently, Kingshuk was based at the Philip Morris Operations Centre in Switzerland, partnering with the Global Operations organization. Before joining PMI, Kingshuk served as the HR Manager for the International Business Group at Marico Limited, where he gained valuable experience in HR strategy and operations.
Navaneel Kar, Managing Director of IPM India, emphasized Kingshuk’s deep understanding of the business and his ability to deliver impactful people and culture solutions.
