Nagpur: Apna.co has signed an MoU with the Association for Industrial Development (AID) Nagpur to provide hiring support to businesses in Vidarbha. The initiative, valued at ₹60 crore, aims to support over 3,000 business associations and 3 lakh companies by offering recruitment assistance.
Hiring Credits for MSMEs and Startups
The partnership will enable small and medium enterprises (SMEs), startups, and industry associations to access Apna.co’s hiring solutions. Each company will receive hiring credits worth ₹2,000, which can be used for free job postings and access to candidate databases. The move aims to streamline hiring processes and address workforce shortages in the region.
Government and Industry Leaders Witness MoU Signing
The MoU was signed by Ashish Kale, Chairman of AID Nagpur, Nirmit Parikh, Founder & CEO of Apna.co, and Dr. Preet Deep Singh, Vice President of Apna.co. The event took place in the presence of Union Minister for Road Transport & Highways Nitin Gadkari and other industry leaders.
