New Delhi: IITM Pravartak Technologies Foundation has partnered with the Ministry of Education’s SWAYAM Plus initiative to launch an AI-enabled HR Analytics Programme aimed at building data-driven HR capabilities aligned with evolving workforce needs.
The four-month programme, set to begin in January 2026, is designed for students and HR professionals seeking to strengthen analytical, digital and AI-led people management skills.
It was also stated that applications are open until 30 December this year.
The curriculum combines core HR concepts with advanced analytics, artificial intelligence and machine learning applications, enabling participants to gain hands-on experience in workforce data analysis, HR metrics, predictive modelling and evidence-based decision-making.
Dr M.J. Shankar Raman, CEO of IITM Pravartak Technologies Foundation, said: “This programme marks an important step toward transforming HR into a truly data-driven and AI-empowered function. By combining academic rigor with practical industry insights, we aim to prepare future-ready HR leaders who can drive meaningful impact in organisations of tomorrow.”
The course will be delivered by IIT Madras faculty and industry practitioners and includes a capstone project and two days of on-campus learning at IIT Madras.
