Mumbai: As part of a major bureaucratic reshuffle in the state, the Maharashtra government mandated the transfers and fresh postings of eight IAS Officers.
According to the official order, the government has transferred IAS Radhabinod Aribam Sharma (2012 batch), currently the Metropolitan Commissioner, Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA), to the post of Municipal Commissioner, Meera-Bhayander Municipal Corporation.
The list of other transfers includes:
- IAS MJ Pradip Chandren (2012 batch), currently serving as the Additional Development Commissioner (Industries), Directorate of Industries, has been now appointed Additional Municipal Commissioner, Pune Municipal Corporation.
- IAS Babahaseb Beldar (2015 batch), presently the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar Division, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner, Minority Development.
- IAS Jagdish Miniyar (2015 batch), currently posted as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Smart City, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, has been given charge as the CEO, of Zila Parishad, Jalna.
- IAS Gopichand Kadam (2015 batch), presently serving as the CEO, Smart City, Solapur, has been posted as Additional Tribal Commissioner, Thane.
- IAS Vaidehi Ranade (2015 batch), presently the Joint Managing Director, Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC), has taken charge as the CEO, Zila Parishad, Ratnagiri.
- IAS Arjun Chikhale (2015 batch), currently the Member Secretary, Vidharbha Statutory Development Board, has been appointed Secretary, Fee Regulatory Authority, Mumbai.
- IAS Dr Pankaj Ashiya (2016 batch), currently serving as Collector, Yavatmal, has been transferred and posted as Collector, Ahilyanagar.
