Itanagar: The Arunachal Pradesh government has signed a tripartite MoU with the Capacity Building Commission (CBC) and Karmayogi Bharat to upskill civil servants.
The agreement, signed under the Mission Karmayogi initiative, aims to strengthen governance and improve public service delivery.
The ultimate aim of the collaboration is to enhance the efficiency and capabilities of Arunachal’s government workforce.
Following the collaboration, the civil employees of Arunachal Pradesh will undergo structured and future-ready training programs for the civil servants.
The majority of these programs will focus on capacity building and leadership development.
The initiative focuses on improving the efficiency, skills and responsiveness of public servants across different departments.
This is expected to create a performance-driven culture among civil servants with regular assessments and feedback loops to ensure continual improvement.
