New Delhi: Dr Deepak Tripathi, presently serving as Director (Technical) at RITES Limited, has assumed the additional charge of Director (Projects).
This development comes following the relinquishment of the post by Arun Kumar Singh. The appointment was made as per an official order issued by the Ministry of Railways.
An ex-Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME) officer from the 1990 batch, Dr Tripathi holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering along with a Post Graduate and Doctorate qualification in Operations Management from IIM-Mumbai.
With extensive experience spanning over three decades, Dr. Tripathi brings a wealth of experience in strategic growth and operational excellence. His contributions to Indian Railways and Konkan Railway Corporation Limited (KRCL) cover a broad range of areas, including railway operations, maintenance, quality assurance, rolling stock infrastructure, technology-driven projects, as well as exports and international business development.
His dual role at RITES is expected to enhance synergy across technical and project verticals, driving forward the company’s ongoing and future infrastructure initiatives.
