Chennai: Reddington, the Tamil Nadu-based technology solution provider, has appointed Vijay Swaminathan as Global CHRO.
He took to LinkedIn to confirm his new stint: “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Global Chief Human Resources Officer!”
After over 20 years at Citigroup, where Swaminathan held senior HR positions throughout South Asia and ASEAN, he joins Redington. Swaminathan joins Redington after two decades at Citigroup, where he held senior HR positions across South Asia and ASEAN.
During his stint at Citigroup, he was deeply grateful for the friendships forged, the mentors who guided him, the teams who trusted in him, and the well-wishers who supported.
Swaminathan stated: “As I step into the next chapter, I’m excited for what lies ahead — a new industry, in an exciting phase, with brimming opportunities to make an impact. And I can’t wait to dive in.”
