Kohima: The Government of Nagaland has signed an MoU with the Capacity Building Commission and Karmayogi Bhatat to implement the Mission Karmayogi initiative in the state.
This marks a significant step towards modernising governance in Nagaland and enhancing the skills of state officials.
It also signifies a major stride in aligning Nagaland’s administrative framework with the Centre’s vision for a future-ready civil service.
Through thr iGOT digital learning platform, officers across various levels of Nagaland administration will gain access to dynamic learning modules.
The officers will also learn about leadership programs and governance tools that will help them adapt to evolving public service challenges.
Mission Karmayogi will help Nagaland strengthen institutional efficiency, promote innovation in public administration and foster a professional and accountable bureaucracy.
