Andhra Pradesh govt Transfers Five IAS Officers; IAS Vijaya Ramaraju Made Commissioner, APCRDA

Amaravati: The Andhra Pradesh government has announced key IAS transfers in various departments of the state. As per the official notification, IAS Vijaya Ramaraju has been appointed the new Commissioner of the Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority (APCRDA).

Ramaraju is a 2012-batch officer and previously served as Director of the School Education Department.

Other key transfers include

  • IAS K. Kannababu (2006 batch), previously the APCRDA Commissioner, has now been appointed Commissioner of the Civil Supplies Department and Ex officio Secretary of the Consumer Affairs Department.
  • IAS Pattamsetti Ravi Subhash (2013 batch), previously Secretary of the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC), has now been appointed Director of Agriculture Marketing.
  • IAS M. Vijaya Sunitha (2014 batch), previously Director, Agriculture Marketing, has now been appointed District Collector and Magistrate of Markapuram.
  • IAS Kothamasu Dinesh Kumar (2017 batch), previously Director, AYUSH, has now been appointed District Collector and Magistrate of Polavaram.

The above transfers aim to improve the efficiency of government operations and deliver better services to the public.
