Bengaluru: Wipro has announced the launch of its AI-Data Centre (AI-DC) solution, aimed at accelerating enterprise-scale adoption of artificial intelligence while modernising core data centre infrastructure.Â
The solution integrates Nvidia’s AI Enterprise platform within Wipro Intelligence, offering a unified suite of AI-enabled services.
The collaboration is designed to help organisations move beyond fragmented AI pilots and adopt robust, production-ready AI deployments across business functions.
Advanced Features for Customer Experience
Wipro’s AI-DC solution will power next-generation, AI-driven contact centre platforms. Built on Nvidia NeMo and supported by GPU-accelerated inference, it enables low-latency and high-performance AI across distributed environments.
Key features include real-time transcription, contextual summarisation, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)-based knowledge assistance. It also offers next-best-action recommendations, sentiment-aware insights, and automated post-call documentation with compliance tracking.
Global Rollout Across Industries
The AI-DC solution is available globally and targets sectors such as telecommunications, banking and financial services, retail, and healthcare. With this launch, Wipro aims to strengthen its position in AI-led infrastructure and data centre transformation.
