New Delhi, April 6 (APAC Media): The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) has recommended Ajai Kumar Srivastava for the post of Director (Production) at ITI Limited, a Schedule ‘A’ public sector enterprise under the Department of Telecommunications.
Srivastava is currently serving as Chief General Manager at ITI Limited.Â
The role of Director (Production) is a crucial functional position within ITI Limited, involving oversight of production operations and enhancement of manufacturing efficiency. The company plays a strategic role in India’s telecom and technology manufacturing ecosystem, making the position pivotal for operational success.
As Director (Production), Srivastava will join the board of directors and report directly to the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD). His responsibilities will include managing production and turnkey projects, covering a wide spectrum of telecom equipment such as switching systems, transmission products, mobile infrastructure, access devices, and subscriber premises equipment. Additionally, he will oversee end-to-end solutions for turnkey projects.
Srivastava’s appointment is subject to final approval by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC).
