New Delhi, August 26(APAC Media): Vivo will launch the Vivo T5 5G in India on September 2, with the company confirming several key specifications ahead of the launch. The phone will compete in the sub-Rs 50,000 segment.
Vivo T5 5G Launch Date And Specifications
The Vivo T5 5G will feature a 6.83-inch 1.5K 3D curved AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate. It will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7500 Turbo chipset and pack a 7,050mAh battery. Vivo has also confirmed a slim 7.99mm body and two colour options: Royal Bronze and Silver Green.
The phone will run on OriginOS and include an NPU for generative AI features. However, Vivo has not yet revealed the complete camera specifications, RAM and storage options.
Vivo T5 5G Price In India
Vivo has indicated that the T5 5G will fall in the Rs 34,999 to Rs 49,999 price segment, although the exact price will be announced at launch. The phone is also expected to be sold through Flipkart, Vivo’s online store and retail outlets.
The pricing will be important because the T5 5G appears to share several specifications with the iQOO Z11, including the 6.83-inch curved AMOLED display, Dimensity 7500 Turbo chipset and 7,050mAh battery. The Z11 starts at Rs 34,999 in India, giving Vivo a direct reference point for the T5.
With the launch now confirmed, Vivo is expected to reveal the T5 5G’s camera setup, charging details, RAM, storage variants and final India price on September 2.
