New Delhi, Sep 24(APAC Media): Divan Raimagia has joined Diageo as Vice President and Global Head of Cyber Resilience.
Raimagia shared the appointment on LinkedIn. He moves to Diageo from Adani Green Energy, where he was Head of Cyber Security and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).
Diageo Cybersecurity Role
In his new role, Raimagia will lead Diageo’s global cyber resilience strategy. His responsibilities will cover IT, operational technology (OT), cloud and business operations.
The role will focus on how Diageo prepares for cybersecurity threats, responds to incidents and restores operations after an attack. It also brings together security requirements across different technology environments.
Raimagia has around 18 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on OT and industrial control systems (ICS). His experience includes cybersecurity work across renewable energy, utilities and critical infrastructure.
Previous Role At Adani Green Energy
Before joining Diageo, Raimagia worked as Head of Cyber Security and CISO at Adani Green Energy. He was responsible for the company’s cybersecurity function and worked on security across its renewable energy operations.
His experience at Adani Green Energy included cybersecurity for solar, wind and hybrid energy assets operating across India.
Raimagia has also held cybersecurity roles at organisations including HCL Technologies, Orange Business Services, IBM and Wipro.
His move to Diageo comes as companies continue to expand cybersecurity beyond traditional IT systems to include cloud platforms, operational technology and business operations.
