New Delhi, September 8 (APAC Media): Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited (MDL) has appointed K.M. Ravi Kumar as Non-Official (Independent) Director with effect from September 7, 2026.
The government-owned defence PSU disclosed the appointment under Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015. Kumar will serve for three years or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
K.M. Ravi Kumar Brings 38 Years of Experience
Kumar brings 38 years of experience in structural fabrication and holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from R V College of Engineering, Bengaluru. His expertise includes manufacturing materials using mild steel and managing end-to-end structural fabrication operations.
MDL confirmed that Kumar is not debarred by SEBI or any other statutory authority from holding the office of Director. The company also stated that there are no director relationships requiring disclosure in connection with the appointment.
