Lucknow: In a recent administrative reshuffle, Uttar Pradesh announced the transfer and appointments of three IAS officers.
IAS Alok Kumar, from the 1998 batch, has been appointed as the Principal Secretary for Sports. He was previously serving as the Special Secretary of Madhyamik Shiksha (Secondary Education) for the state.
Additionally, IAS officer Laxmi V.S., has been reassigned as Additional Chief Executive Officer (ACEO) of Noida. She was previously serving as the Chief Development Officer (CDO) in Mirzapur.
IAS officer Vishal Kumar, who belongs to the 2020 batch, will now be serving as the new Chief Development Officer (CDO) for Mirzapur, succeeding IAS Laxmi V.S. in the position.
