Bhopal: Following the recent Cabinet expansion in Madhya Pradesh, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav retained the Home Department, alongside managing a diverse portfolio including the General Administration Department (GAD), Public Relations, Jails, Mining, Aviation, Industrial Policies, and Investment Promotion. The allocation was outlined in a notification issued by the GAD.
Following are the key appointments following the recent Cabinet expansion in Madhya Pradesh:
- Deputy Chief Minister Jagdish Devda was assigned the Finance and the Commercial Tax departments.
- Deputy Chief Minister Rajendra Shukla was assigned the Public Health and Family Welfare Department along with the Medical Education department.
- Cabinet Minister Kunwar Vijay Shah was assigned the Tribal Affairs and Bhopal Gas Tragedy departments.
- Cabinet Minister Kailash Vijayvargiya was assigned the Urban Development and Housing and Parliamentary Affairs departments.
- Cabinet Minister Prahlad Patel was assigned the Panchayat and Rural Development department.
- Cabinet Minister Rakesh Singh was assigned the Public Works department.
- Cabinet Minister Karan Singh Verma was assigned the Revenue department.

- Cabinet Minister Chetana Kasyap was assigned the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises department.
- Cabinet Minister Inder Singh Parmar was assigned the Higher Education, the Ayush, the Technical Education, and the Skill Development and Employment (Technical Education only) departments.
Following are the newly appointed MoS (Independent Charge):
- Krishna Gaur was assigned the Backward Classes and Minorities Welfare, the De-notified, Nomadic and Semi-Nomadic Welfare departments.
- Dharmendra Bhav Singh Lodhi was given the Culture, Tourism and the Religious Trusts and Endowments departments.
- Dilip Jaiswal was assigned the Cottage and the Rural Industries department.
- Gautam Tetwal was given the Technical Education and the Skill Development and Employment (Skill Development and Employment only) Departments.
- Lekhan Patel was assigned the Animal Husbandry and the Dairying Department.
- Narayan Singh Pawar was given the Fisherman Welfare and Fisheries Development department.
