Mumbai: Mrinalini Srinivasan has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care. Her tenure will be effective from June 29, 2024. Srinivasan is replacing Prashant Bhatnagar, who is retiring from his position after serving the company for over 28 years.
Srinivasan has 16 years of experience in finance. She joined Procter & Gamble in 2008 and has worked in India, Singapore, and Dubai since. Srinivasan has an MBA degree from the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS) Delhi, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from Shri GS Institute of Technology & Science.
She is currently serving as the Head of Corporate Finance in P&G India Group Companies, and before that, she was the Senior Director of Sales Finance at Procter & Gamble India.
