Manipal: Roche Diagnostics India Pvt Ltd. and Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) have executed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a Centre of Excellence (CoE). The goal of this collaboration is to improve diagnostic innovation and skill development.
The MoU was signed by Dr. Giridhar Kini, who is the Registrar of MAHE, and Dr. Rishubh Gupta, who is the Managing Director of Roche Diagnostics India for India and neighbouring markets. This collaboration represents a substantial advancement in the enhancement of healthcare diagnostics by leveraging the strengths of both academia and industry. The press release states that the upcoming joint venture will train medical personnel to use state-of-the-art technology and create cutting-edge diagnostic tools. To cultivate a culture of innovation and excellence in diagnostics, the Centre of Excellence will provide a platform for conducting pioneering research, facilitating workshops, and sharing knowledge.
