Bengaluru: Fintech startup Fairexpay has announced the launch of version one of its remittance platform to assist Indian students and travelers save money on fees paid to traditional banks and other service providers to transfer funds abroad.
The students can easily make digital payments from the comfort of their homes while traveling from India to the US, Canada, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. With its multi-currency transfer capabilities, Fairexpay offers a smooth remittance experience to 130 countries.
The platform works with banks and ADs (Authorized Dealers) to send money overseas, providing a dependable and secure transfer experience. The platform can help pay student tuition fees, family maintenance, accommodation fees, travel expenses, and medical bills through the Liberalized Remittance Scheme (LRS) of the Reserve Bank of India.
