Chennai: Ramco Systems has unveiled its Aviation Software 6.0, incorporating advanced AI and machine learning to enhance aviation operations.
It is aimed at streamlining fleet management and improving aircraft safety. This latest version is designed to enhance maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) operations and maintenance and engineering (M&E) processes with new technology and AI-driven features.
The updated software includes modules for contracts, engineering, planning, maintenance, supply chain management, finance, ePUBS, and advanced mobility. It aims to address future challenges in aviation maintenance.
Key features of Ramco Aviation Software 6.0 include:
- Engine MRO Module for optimizing engine maintenance
- Maintenance Control Centre (MCC) Hub for reviewing aircraft readiness
- Aviation Material Requirements Planning (MRP) Module for resource allocation and scheduling.
The software also introduces a Graphical Quote Comparison Tool for informed purchasing decisions, and a Purchase Automation Framework to simplify order management. Sundar Subramanian, CEO of Ramco Systems, noted that the new version represents an important step in their ongoing efforts to innovate and address engine maintenance challenges.
