Pune: Tata Technologies has onboarded Geena Binoy as the company’s new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). She is currently a part of the company’s executive leadership team and is responsible for the global delivery of digital enterprise solutions (DES).
Geena has experience spanning over 30 years in the manufacturing and technology sector. In her new role, she will be responsible for driving the human resource strategy, focusing on the talent supply chain and talent development, and supporting the company’s growth plan. She will lead efforts to bolster Tata Technologies’ culture of learning, innovation, and inclusivity and focus on creating an environment that engages the next-gen vehicle software engineers.
Commenting upon this leadership transition, Warren Harris, CEO & Managing Director of Tata Technologies, said that Geena’s appointment as the CHRO will ensure that the company’s people strategy is aligned with the next stage of growth. He added that her vast experience will be instrumental for the company to succeed in a dynamic global environment.
