Mumbai: Vertiv has announced the appointment of Frank Poncheri as the new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of the company. He will be reporting to the Chief Executive Officer Giordano Albertazzi. In his new role, Poncheri will take charge of the HR strategy, development, and execution and further reinforce Vertiv’s strategic priorities and behaviors.
Poncheri brings over 15 years of experience in HR and corporate strategy, with an emphasis on global employee development, talent management, and high-performance culture. He previously held the position of Vice President of HR and corporate integration, divisional HR director, and various other roles during his 10-year tenure with Owens Corning in the United States and Finland. He started his career in HR at GE Aerospace, after finishing their intensive HR Leadership Program.
Poncheri pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Labor Relations & Human Resources from Max M. Fisher College of Business (The Ohio State University).
