Gurgaon: ETS, a global education organization, has appointed Mona Agarwal as General Manager of its Global Capability Centers (GCC) in India as part of its expansion. ETS plans to grow its Indian workforce to 600 employees by 2025, with positions split between Hyderabad and Delhi/NCR. The centers will focus on key operations like finance, technology, assessment, and business intelligence to support ETS’s educational goals worldwide.
This hiring drive will include roles such as psychometricians, assessment developers, remote proctors, and AI/ML engineers. Dennis Stetzel, Senior Vice President at ETS, noted that India’s talent will be essential in advancing ETS’s mission. Agarwal, who has 25 years of experience, will lead the centers with a focus on integrating tech and scaling operations.
ETS’s expansion into India reflects the growing importance of the country as a base for global capability centers, a trend that more companies are embracing as they look to leverage India’s skilled workforce.
