Ghosh has held diverse roles in the group, spanning corporate finance, life insurance, and retail assets. A founding member of Kotak Life, he last served as Joint President, where he managed key areas like employee benefits, marketing, and financial institutions.
This appointment reflects Kotak Mahindra Pension Fund’s aim to draw on Ghosh’s long-standing experience in India’s financial sector as it navigates a changing pension landscape. Ghosh also has a unique side: he’s an enthusiast of Indian mythology and history, often writing and speaking on these topics.
Ghosh’s leadership comes as the company looks to strengthen its footing in the growing pension market, backed by his deep understanding of both financial services and strategic growth within the Kotak Group.
