Bengaluru: Bounteous x Accolite has announced the appointment of Satish Kannan as its Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief People Officer for the EMEA and APAC regions. Kannan brings over 25 years of rich experience in human resources, with a proven track record of spearheading talent strategies and organizational transformation across diverse industries. Prior to joining Bounteous x Accolite, he had a 15-year-long association with Infosys, where he served in multiple leadership roles, including VP & Head HR (Global Markets, Europe & MEA). He has also served as Regional Head (HR) for the Greater China region at Tech Mahindra (China) Ltd. In his new role, he will be responsible for enhancing employee engagement, driving talent development, and strengthening the company’s position as an employer of choice in the EMEA and APAC regions.
Known for his expertise in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and leadership development, Kannan has been instrumental in implementing strategies that align HR functions with business objectives. His ability to adapt and innovate has consistently resulted in improved organizational performance and employee satisfaction.
