GETA.ai Launches Multilingual AI Virtual Assistant to Transform Educational Experience at Symbiosis International

GETA.ai Launches Multilingual AI Virtual Assistant to Transform Educational Experience at Symbiosis International

Pune: GETA.ai, an AI-powered customer engagement solution, unveiled its Multilingual AI Virtual Assistant at the inauguration of the Symbiosis Artificial Intelligence Institute (SAII), Symbiosis International (Deemed University).

The launch marks a milestone for GETA.ai as it brings advanced conversational AI to the higher education ecosystem.

The Virtual Assistant was unveiled in the presence of Maharashtra’s Chief Minister, Devendra Fadnavis; Dr. S. B. Mujumdar, Founder and President of Symbiosis and Chancellor of SIU; Dr. Vidya Yeravdekar, Pro-Chancellor of SIU; and Dr. Loveleen Gaur, Director of SAII. The leaders lauded the initiative as a model of responsible and inclusive AI in education.

A 24/7 Multilingual Support System

The Virtual Assistant, developed under the leadership of Shubham Puranik, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Product Officer of GETA.ai and an alumnus of Symbiosis, has been designed to provide 24/7 multilingual support for students, parents, and faculty. The system communicates seamlessly in five global languages—English, Hindi, Marathi, Arabic, and French—making it accessible to both domestic and international communities.

Deployed at SAII, the AI assistant offers round-the-clock resolution of admissions, program, and service-related queries. It also routes complex questions to human teams with transcripts and safeguards sensitive data through strict access controls.

Transforming Engagement in Education

GETA.ai’s no-code platform allows institutions and businesses to build AI-powered virtual assistants, chatbots, and automation workflows without technical expertise. With its multichannel capabilities—including WhatsApp, SMS, email, live chat, and websites—the platform ensures consistent engagement across communication channels.

The AI-powered assistant has already resolved over 5 million queries, engaged 1 million unique users, and saved 250,000 man-hours. By reducing manual intervention and providing real-time responses, GETA.ai is helping education, healthcare, and retail industries deliver smarter and more inclusive user experiences.
