New Delhi: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navratna Defence PSU has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with SASMOS HET Technologies Ltd, a prominent company working in the aerospace, defence, and space sectors.
The collaboration aims to enhance domestic aerospace and defence capabilities while expanding the export potential of indigenous products and systems.
The MoU has been signed by the parties to collaborate on advanced defence technologies. It was exchanged by Manoj Jain, CMD, BEL, and HG Chandrashekar, Chairman & Managing Director of SASMOS, in the presence of Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and IAS Sanjeev Kumar, Secretary, Defence Production.
The partnership is in line with the Atmanirbhar Bharat mission. Its main focus is on co-development and co-indigenization of key technology, including fiber optics & photonics, tank electronics, naval systems & airborne platforms.
