Archana Srivastava appointed CHRO at Sterlite Electric

Pune, 14 Apr, (CXO Media) : Archana Srivadtav has been appointed as CHRO of Sterlite Electric. In her new role, Archana will lead Sterlite’s global HR strategy.

Thid includes talent development, employee engagement culminating in organizational capability building and workforce transformation.

This will have a direct bearing on Sterlite scaling its operations and strengthening its position in global power infrastructure. Earlier Archana served as Head HR India at TE Connectivity for multiple BUs within the Transport Solutions segment.

Prior to that she was GM HR & BD (Global) at Vitesco Technologies. She served seven years as Head HR – Powertraim Plants Pune at Continental.

Archana had also served in various HR roles at Kalyani Steels, Kirloskar Oil Engines, VA Tech Wabag and Thermax.
