Ranchi, Apr 19 (APAC Media): In a major bureaucratic reshuffle across the state, the Jharkhand government has transferred 17 IAS officers. As per the official notification, IAS Rajiv Ranjan has been appointed as the new Deputy Commissioner (DC) of East Singhbhum (Jamshedpur).
Ranjan succeeds IAS Karn Satyarthi in the role.Â
Before this appointment, Ranjan served as the Special Secretary in the Cabinet Secretariat and Monitoring Department.
Other appointments are as follows:
- IAS Sandeep Kumar has been appointed DC of Latehar.
- IAS Ananya Mittal has been made DC of Garhwa.
- IAS Dileshwar Mahto has been appointed DC of Gumla.
- IAS Megha Bhardwaj has been appointed DC of Pakur.
- IAS Lokesh Mishra has been appointed DC of Godda.
- IAS Shashi Prakash Singh has been appointed DC of Deoghar.
- IAS Utkarsh Gupta has been appointed DC of Koderma.
- IAS Hemant Sati has been appointed DC of Hazaribagh.
- IAS Manish Kumar has been appointed DC of West Singhbhum (Chaibasa).
- IAS Rituraj has been appointed DC of Ramgarh.
- IAS Ravi Anand has been appointed DC of Chatra.
- IAS Deepak Kumar Dubey has been appointed DC of Sahibganj.
- IAS Dilip Pratap Singh Shekhawat has been appointed DC of Palamu.
- IAS Saurabh Kumar Bhuwania has been appointed DC of Khunti.
- IAS Sandeep Kumar Meena has been appointed DC of Lohardaga.
- IAS Alok Kumar has been appointed DC of Jamtara.
All the above officers have been directed to assume charge immediately, with the orders taking effect right away.
