Noida, Apr 22 (APAC Media): OPPO has globally launched its latest flagship smartphone, the Find X9 Ultra, marking a significant expansion of its premium lineup with high-end imaging and performance features.
The device is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, positioning it among the most powerful Android smartphones currently available in the global market. OPPO has emphasised performance efficiency and artificial intelligence integration as key highlights of the new device.
In May 2026, OPPO India is expected to expand its flagship lineup with the launch of the Find X9 Ultra and Find X9s, further strengthening the Find X9 Series in the country. The series already includes the Find X9 and Find X9 Pro, both of which were released in November last year.
In the imaging department, the Find X9 Ultra features a dual 200-megapixel camera system, a rare configuration aimed at delivering ultra-high-resolution photography and advanced zoom capabilities. The setup is expected to strengthen OPPO’s competition in the premium camera smartphone segment.

The Find X9 Ultra will reportedly be available in multiple storage and RAM configurations, catering to different user requirements across regions. Pricing details vary by market, with the device positioned in the ultra-premium segment of flagship smartphones.
The smartphone is expected to roll out in phased global markets, with availability likely beginning in select Asian and European regions before broader international expansion.
OPPO has also highlighted improvements in software optimisation and AI-powered imaging tools, which are designed to enhance low-light photography, portrait rendering, and video stabilisation performance. These features aim to appeal to content creators and mobile photography enthusiasts.
