New Delhi, June 4(CXO Media): GreytHR has introduced NAVOS, an agentic AI assistant integrated into its human resource management system (HRMS), aimed at automating routine HR operations.
AI Integration in HR Operations
The company said NAVOS is built to execute HR-related tasks across payroll, core HR, attendance, recruitment, leave management, and performance workflows. It also allows users to retrieve employee records, generate reports, and access HR documents through conversational prompts within the platform.
GreytHR stated that the system is designed to reduce dependency on manual navigation by enabling users to move from queries to execution within the same interface. The platform currently serves more than 34,000 organisations and manages around 3.2 million employees across India, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, with reported payroll processing exceeding USD 23 billion annually.
Use Across Workforce Structures
According to the company, the assistant is intended to support varied operational environments such as manufacturing attendance systems, distributed IT teams, retail workforce fluctuations, and compliance-heavy sectors like BFSI. It enables actions such as attendance exports, payroll initiation, and leave processing through automated workflows. NAVOS is included in all paid greytHR plans without additional setup requirements, the company said.
