New Delhi, June 4(CXO Media): Infosys, TCS, and Wipro have each expanded Microsoft 365 Copilot usage to more than 100,000 employees, marking a rapid scale-up in enterprise AI adoption across India’s top IT services firms. The combined deployment across the three companies now exceeds 300,000 users, according to Microsoft.
Microsoft said the expansion happened within six months after the initial rollout plan announced in December 2025, when each firm committed to deploying over 50,000 Copilot licences. The latest numbers show a shift from limited AI testing to wider use across delivery, engineering, and corporate teams.
Infosys reported Copilot access across more than 100,000 employees, with high monthly usage rates. TCS said over 86% of licensed users actively use Copilot, with reported efficiency gains in research and content tasks. Wipro said it records over 95% monthly active usage and has built more than 60 AI agents to support internal workflows.
Microsoft said the rollout reflects its broader push to integrate AI tools across enterprise systems, combining Copilot, AI agents, and cloud infrastructure. The company also noted rising global adoption, with millions of paid Copilot seats across customers worldwide.
