Patna, June 12 (APAC Media): After nearly 35 years with NTPC, C. Satya Rama Krishna has been promoted to Executive Director.
He currently serves as Chief General Manager and Head of Project at the Barh Super Thermal Power Station in Bihar.
He joined NTPC as an Executive Trainee in 1990. An engineering graduate from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, he also holds a postgraduate diploma in Computer Science.
Over the years, he has built extensive experience in thermal power plant operations and maintenance.
He has also worked closely on fuel and ash handling systems and held several leadership roles across the organisation.
Over the years, C. Satya Rama Krishna has worked at some of NTPC’s key power stations, including Ramagundam, Kudgi and Talcher Kaniha.
He has held important roles in operations and maintenance, helping improve efficiency and ensure reliable power generation.
As Head of Project at NTPC Barh Super Thermal Power Station, C. Satya Rama Krishna has played a key role in improving performance and strengthening safety standards.
His leadership has also helped enhance efficiency and promote sustainable and community-focused initiatives.
Known for his leadership style and technical expertise, C. Satya Rama Krishna is widely respected within NTPC.
His promotion to Executive Director reflects his contribution to the company and India’s power sector over the past three decades.
In his new role, he is expected to further strengthen NTPC’s focus on efficiency, innovation and sustainable growth.
