New Delhi, June 11 (APAC Media): IAS Sanjay Kumar Agarwal, 2002 batch, Bihar cadre has received an additional responsibility.
He has been appointed Director General of MANAGE, Hyderabad, in addition to his current role as Joint Secretary in the Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare.
The arrangement has been approved for six months. It will remain in effect from March 30, 2026, to September 29, 2026.
Based in Hyderabad, MANAGE is one of India’s top institutions in agricultural extension management. It offers training and capacity-building programmes for agricultural professionals and administrators.
Over the years, MANAGE has played a key role in strengthening agricultural extension services. Its programmes help farmers benefit from new technologies and modern farming practices.
