New Delhi, June 11, 2026: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has entered into a global strategic partnership with AI company Anthropic to accelerate enterprise adoption of artificial intelligence, particularly in regulated industries, the companies said on Wednesday.
Under the agreement, TCS becomes a Global Premier Partner in Anthropic’s Claude Partner Network and will receive early access to Claude models to develop enterprise-focused solutions and services.
The partnership aims to move AI deployments beyond pilot stages into large-scale production use cases.

By combining Claude with our industry expertise, engineering rigour, and large-scale transformation capabilities, we will help customers move faster to production, especially in industries where trust, resilience, and regulatory discipline are critical. This partnership reflects TCS’ broader strategy to help clients become perpetually adaptive enterprises by turning frontier AI into transformation at enterprise scale,†said K. Krithivasan, CEO and MD, TCS.
TCS said it will establish a dedicated business unit to build industry-specific AI solutions, co-develop offerings with Anthropic, and integrate Claude models into enterprise workflows across sectors such as financial services, healthcare, life sciences, telecommunications, aviation and public services.

This partnership deepens our commitment to India, our second-largest market, with TCS bringing Claude to enterprises and professionals across the region and globally, including 50,000 of its employees.â€
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) will provide access to Claude to 50,000 associates across engineering, finance, legal, marketing, and sales functions under an enterprise-wide licensing agreement.
The company said the internal deployment of the AI tool will enable it to gain direct operational experience with the technology, which it intends to leverage to enhance its own processes and apply learnings to deliver improved outcomes for clients.
The companies will jointly develop AI applications for domain-specific use cases, including customer experience transformation, enterprise modernisation and software engineering productivity.
TCS said its Diligenta business in the UK, which serves life and pensions customers, will use Claude for process automation and customer service improvements. Its BFSI platforms will deploy Claude Code to enhance software development and IT operations. TCS iON will integrate Claude into its assessment and certification ecosystem to support AI skills development.
Anthropic said it develops the Claude family of AI models with a focus on safety and enterprise reliability.
