New Delhi, July 20(APAC Media): Graphite India Limited has named Dhaval Morparia as its Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). He will lead the company’s HR strategy, talent management, organisational development, and workforce transformation as Graphite India continues to strengthen its people and business capabilities.
In his new role, he will oversee key HR functions, including leadership development, organisational culture, workforce planning, and employee engagement. His appointment comes as companies across the manufacturing sector continue to focus on building skilled talent and aligning HR strategy with long-term business goals.
Before joining Graphite India, he served as Head HR at Livguard Drivetrain, where he led human resources, industrial relations, organisational integration, and supported the setup of new manufacturing facilities. He also played a role in driving people initiatives during business expansion.
He brings experience from several large organisations, including Tata Play Ltd., Suzuki Motor Gujarat Pvt. Ltd., and Cerebrus Consultants. Over the years, he has worked across compensation and benefits, talent management, HR technology, performance management, organisational design, and business transformation.
