New Delhi, July 28 (APAC Media): The Central Government has approved the appointment of Haryana cadre IAS officer Dr Shaleen as Director in the Department of Investment and Public Asset Management (DIPAM) under the Central Staffing Scheme.
Dr Shaleen is a 2012 batch IAS officer.
The appointment was cleared by the Competent Authority and notified by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on July 27, 2026.
According to the order, Dr Shaleen will serve in the post for a tenure of five years from the date he assumes charge, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
At present, he is serving in the Haryana Government as Director, Tourism, Special Secretary, Tourism Department, and Managing Director, Haryana State Warehousing Corporation Limited.
His appointment is part of the Centre’s ongoing efforts to strengthen key departments through the Central Staffing Scheme by bringing experienced officers into important policy and administrative roles.
