New Delhi, July 15 (APAC Media): PESB has recommended Rekha Pandey as the next Director (Personnel) of Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL).
MCL is a PSU under the Ministry of Coal.Â
Presently, Pandey is serving as General Manager (HR/CSR) at Coal India Limited (CIL). She has been recommended for the new post from a list of 11 candidates, who were interviewed by the PESB selection panel.Â
As Director (Personnel) of MCL, Pandey will be a member of Board of Directors. She will report to the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) and will be overall in-charge of coordinating and implementing personnel and industrial relations policies, management functions, and administrative control in the organisation.Â
The appointment will be effective after receiving necessary approvals from the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC).
