New Delhi, August 17(APAC Media): Genesys International has appointed Nikhil Alulkar as its chief executive officer as the company plans to expand its business beyond government projects.
Alulkar will lead the company’s operations and growth strategy, with a focus on enterprise customers, B2B business and international markets. He will also oversee the expansion of Genesys’ AI-enabled mapping, Digital Twin and spatial intelligence platforms.
Genesys Targets Enterprise Growth
Genesys has built its business around geospatial data, mapping and surveying services, with government and institutional projects forming an important part of its operations. The company is now looking to increase its presence among private companies and other business customers.
Chairman and Managing Director Sajid Malik said the role of geospatial technology is changing as businesses and governments increasingly use digital data to understand physical assets and infrastructure.
The company believes its existing capabilities in high-precision mapping and Digital Twins can be used across a wider range of industries.
Focus On AI And Spatial Intelligence
Alulkar said India’s growing investment in physical and digital infrastructure could create more demand for geospatial technology.
Under his leadership, Genesys plans to apply its technology across areas such as infrastructure, mobility, utilities, telecommunications, urban planning, land management and asset management.
The company is also looking to turn its geospatial data and mapping capabilities into technology platforms that can serve multiple industries.
