New Delhi, September 30 (APAC Media): The Government of India has entrusted C Neelakanta Reddy, IRSSE (1997 batch) with the additional charge of Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) of Kudremukh Iron Ore Company Limited (KIOCL), Bengaluru.
Reddy currently serves as CVO of National Mineral Development Corporation (NMDC), Hyderabad, and will continue in that role while handling the additional responsibility at KIOCL.
Additional Charge for One Year
According to a Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT) Office Memorandum dated September 25, 2026, the additional charge will take effect from the date Reddy assumes charge.
He will hold the KIOCL CVO position for one year, or until a regular CVO is appointed or further orders are issued, whichever is earlier.
The decision follows a proposal from the Ministry of Steel, referenced in a memorandum dated September 18, 2026.
