New Delhi, September 16(APAC Media): Redmi has launched two new smartphones in India. The Redmi Note 17 Pro and Redmi Note 17 Pro Max join the Redmi Note 17 series with large batteries, AMOLED displays and updated Snapdragon chipsets.
Redmi Note 17 Pro, Pro Max Price In India
The Redmi Note 17 Pro price starts at Rs. 36,999 for the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant. The 8GB + 256GB model is priced at Rs. 39,999.
The Redmi Note 17 Pro Max starts at Rs. 49,999 for the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant. The 12GB + 256GB model costs Rs. 55,999.
The Redmi Note 17 Pro will go on sale in India from September 17, while the Redmi Note 17 Pro Max sale starts September 23. Both phones will be available through Amazon.
Redmi Note 17 Pro Max Specifications
The Redmi Note 17 Pro Max features a 6.83-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The display supports HDR10+, Dolby Vision and up to 3,500 nits of peak brightness.
The phone is powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 chipset and comes with up to 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB of UFS 4.1 storage. It runs Android 16-based HyperOS 3.
For cameras, the Redmi Note 17 Pro Max has a 50-megapixel primary rear camera with OIS and an 8-megapixel ultrawide camera. A 32-megapixel front camera handles selfies and video calls.
The Pro Max packs a 10,000mAh battery with support for 100W wired charging and 27W reverse charging. It also carries IP66, IP68 and IP69K ratings for dust and water resistance.
Redmi Note 17 Pro Specifications
The Redmi Note 17 Pro features the same 6.83-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 chipset with a peak clock speed of 2.4GHz.
The smartphone gets a 50-megapixel primary camera and an 8-megapixel ultrawide camera at the back, along with a 16-megapixel front camera.
The Redmi Note 17 Pro is equipped with a 9,000mAh battery and supports 67W wired fast charging and 22.5W reverse charging. Like the Pro Max, it runs HyperOS 3 based on Android 16.
The two new smartphones expand the Redmi Note 17 lineup in India, with the Pro Max positioned as the higher-priced model and the Pro offering a lower starting price.
