Established in 2021 as an IT service provider firm, BluePi focuses on a good quality product at a minimum price to target and serve the mid-market. Rajneesh De, Consulting Editor, APAC News Network recently came in conversation with Anjna Bhati, Director – Data and Analytics, BluePi Consulting India Pvt. Ltd.
What are the current type of services and solutions in your portfolio?
Our Portfolio largely comprises two areas of solutioning one is around data and the other one is cloud now. Covid has influenced the market/ large consumer base to go all-in with digitalization. The idea of BluePi is to leverage the correct data in the form of information and use these data to transform the businesses.
How does BluePi help the companies digitally to receive more customers on boardh?
The most important things are to make a pitch, to explain and prepare the scale of an organization. The second major look-up point is to check and ensure how you analyze and pick up insights as different applications have different functions.
How does BluePi ensure the standardization of the data for a typical analytical solution?
The data has to be structured or semi-structured to standardize it, however, in today’s time solution firms are focusing on unstructured tools like images, emails, blogs, etc. In BluePi one identifies the scheme as it is the most important step and generally this information is gathered in the course of action. Now, this depends on the organization we work with, based on many aspects on they are willing to use the data, we come across the scheme as this business communication approach needs multiple-step functioning like coordination.
How did a solution and services firm like yours survive the difficult phase during the pandemic and what changes were made?
The impact was mostly on identifying the customers you are having and the focus was to understand and analyze your customer a little better and the only changes were the mode of communication- the online journey, patterns these customers have been following for any application, or website. Perhaps, in terms of schema design was the same, but devising different patterns had changed. Now demographics have become wider and most customers know what is going to happen.
How do the BluePi solutions ensure performance with multiple compliances?
The data is dependent on the company’s infrastructure, therefore, whatever discussion happens; it all is done in a comfortable space of the client. There are still restrictions, the sensitive area of analytics is divided from the other- the sensitive area is where the high governance, security, encryption, limited accessibility is accountable. Whereas on the other end, we create our own generated id, etc. These compliances are traced by us to keep a track of them.
