The West Bengal government has appointed As many as 15 IAS officers of the 2020 batch of West Bengal Cadre as Officer-on-Special Duty (OSD) in various departments.
IAS officer Raunak Agarwal has been appointed OSD in the Finance Department. While Ms. Neha Banerjee and Shubham Agrawal named as OSD to Chief Secretary. IAS officer Ananya Singh will be OSD in Health & Family Welfare.
IAS Ashish Kumar appointed as OSD in Panchayat & Rural Development; Avadh Singhal is OSD in Urban Development and Municipal Affairs Department; Patil Yogesh Ashokrao will be posted OSD in Home & Hill Affairs Department; Saurav Pandey as OSD in Panchayat & Rural Development Department; Navneet Mittal is OSD in Tourism Department; Manjeet Kumar Yadav is OSD in Technical Education, Training & Skill Development Department; Utkarsh Singh was appointed OSD in Food & Civil Supplies; Teja Deepak Vandavasi as OSD in MSME Department; Vishnu Das is now OSD in Fisheries, Aquaculture, Aquatic Resources and Fishing Harbours Department; Shubham Kundal is OSD in Public Health Engineering and Ms Ekam J Singh will take over as OSD in Women & Child Development and Social Welfare Department.
