New Delhi: Air India is set to enhance its customer offerings by allowing passengers to seamlessly book flights, cabs, and hotels through its revamped website. According to sources, the Tata Group-owned airline is in discussions with third-party agencies to facilitate these additional services.
The airline’s objective is to establish collaborations with various brands, transforming its platform into a comprehensive one-stop shop for diverse travel needs. Although the initiative is in its early stages, Air India has received positive feedback from passengers. The airline plans to forge distinct associations or collaborations with different entities under varying terms and conditions.
In its initial phase, Air India plans to introduce the “Book-A-Cab” service for passengers traveling to and from domestic airports. The airline aims to provide airport transfer services across most domestic airports through a reliable and secure on-ground mobility partner network, ensuring convenient and punctual transfers.
Air India assures passengers of a smooth and pleasant travel experience at affordable prices. The platform offers a range of vehicle options, including hatchbacks, sedans, MUV-SUVs, premium electric cars, luxury vans, and coaches for group bookings. Additionally, passengers can book rentals and outstation rides anywhere in the country through this integrated service.
