New Delhi: IRS Kunal Kashyap has been appointed as Commissioner (Housing) in the Delhi Development Authority (DDA), under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), as per an order issued by the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT) recently. Kashyap is an Indian Revenue Service (IRS) officer from the 2008 batch.
Under the Central Staffing Scheme, Kashyap’s appointment is effective from the date he assumes charge until November 8, 2025, or until further notice, whichever comes first. The order said, “He may kindly be relieved of his duties immediately with instructions to take up his new assignment in the Delhi Development Authority under Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs.”
